Attorney Sunny Wang, Esq., founder of Ameri-Legal Law Firm, LLC, is a licensed attorney in the state of New York and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She graduated with a law degree from Heilongjiang University and holds dual LL.M. degrees in International Business Law from American University Washington College of Law and City University of Hong Kong. Attorney Wang began her immigration law career in 2012, specializing in business immigration, investment immigration, and talent-based immigration. She previously served as Senior Immigration Attorney at the renowned EB-5 immigration firm, Donoso & Partners, LLC, where she managed immigration cases for the Chinese market in collaboration with immigration consulting agencies.
In 2022, Attorney Wang established Ameri-Legal Law Firm, dedicated to providing comprehensive, professional, and meticulous immigration law services to clients worldwide.

Specializing in U.S. immigration services for investors, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, managers, highly skilled professionals, and families, he has extensive experience handling EB-5 cases, providing consultations to thousands of clients, and assisting entrepreneurs in establishing businesses in the U.S. through E-2 and L-1 visa programs. In 2020, he was recognized as one of the "Top 5 Rising Stars" by EB-5 Investors Magazine.He earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from American University Washington College of Law in 2012 and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Yale University in 2007. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland and is admitted to the U.S. Federal District Court in Maryland. Additionally, he is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, he is well-equipped to serve clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Judy Chen is an accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in career development, medical training, and immigration services. She specializes in medical education, J-1 visiting scholar programs, F-1 student visas, B-1/B-2 visas, status changes/extensions, and employment-based visa and green card applications.Before joining Ameri-Legal Law Firm, Judy served as President of Sunlight International Business Group and Senior Partner at Bridge Horizon Foundation, where she successfully supported numerous international scholars and talented individuals in achieving their goals. Currently, Judy handles a high volume of cases for clients from China, offering tailored visa solutions with her expertise and dedication.
She is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
